Badger Meter, Inc. today announced it has been awarded a three-year contract to supply water meters and metering systems to American Water, the nation’s largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company.
Badger Meter will supply a complete portfolio of residential and commercial water meters, meter reading and analytics technologies to American Water. This includes its BEACON® Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA) cloud-based managed system including the EyeOnWater® consumer engagement application, ORION® two-way meter reading solutions including cellular endpoints, E-Series® Ultrasonic meters, and full line of high resolution encoders and Recordall® disc meters.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
