The Ludwigshafen-based company CEA has secured the exclusive rights to the rubberized diaphragm valves and check valves of NIBUS S+S GmbH. Based on the knowledge and experience of the former Schmitz & Schulte GmbH, a new design of the S+S valves by NIBUS S+S GmbH resulted, adapted to today’s requirements. Due to the unique design, an almost unobstructed passage of the medium is guaranteed with complete corrosion protection at the same time.
CEA Chemie- und Energie-Armaturen GmbH has been selling special valves in the field of plant engineering, chemicals, petrochemicals and other industries for more than 100 years. NIBUS S+S products
The NIBUS S+S products distributed by CEA include the CE-certified A1a diaphragm valves with their special protective rubber coating made of technical elastomer materials, which outperform the S+S original due to their improved thermodynamic properties. They provide long-lasting protection against corrosion and abrasion. In nominal sizes from DN 15 to DN 350, for temperatures up to 80° C in the standard version and temperatures up to 120° in the special version, the gate valves can be used in a wide variety of media, including highly corrosive ones.
Other CE-certified products include the well-known S+S B10a (short design) and S+S B4w check valves in nominal sizes DN15 to DN300, which exhibit very high tightness even with abrasive media.
Spare parts for already installed valves can be supplied without any problems. The minimum quality standard is the S+S standard.
NIBUS S+S
NIBUS GmbH is a certified manufacturer of control and shut-off valves with the core competence lining and mechanical service of internal rubberized as well as non-rubberized control and shut-off valves.
The know-how of the company is based on the knowledge and experience of the well-known Schmitz & Schulte Armaturen GmbH.
In addition to the special inner rubber lining, a special performance feature is the design and manufacture of elastomer fittings using the high-compression process.
