IMI’s Process Automation team in Singapore has been recognised for its workplace culture at the HR Excellence Awards 2025.
Hosted by Human Resources Online, the team received a Gold Award for Excellence in Cross-generational Workforce Engagement. It recognised the organisation’s ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive, supportive and high-performing environment where employees of all ages feel inspired and empowered to grow.
Notably, this was IMI’s first-ever submission to the HR Excellence Awards. The entry stood out in a rigorous evaluation process that highlighted the company’s commitment to building a future-ready workplace where colleagues thrive.
The recognition follows the certification of IMI’s Singapore office as a Great Place to Work® in May 2025. The certification celebrates organisations that cultivate a culture of trust, pride and strong team spirit.
“At IMI, we believe that engineering a better world starts with the culture we create together. Francesca Bevilacqua, Vice President of Human Resources for Process Automation at IMI, congratulated the team, adding: “All the hard work and commitment to creating a better workplace made this achievement possible. Our people and culture are the foundation of our One IMI ethos; this recognition reflects how we continue to create empowered teams globally.”
