IMI wins gold at Singapore HR Excellence Awards 2025

IMI’s Process Automation team in Singapore has been recognised for its workplace culture at the HR Excellence Awards 2025.

Hosted by Human Resources Online, the team received a Gold Award for Excellence in Cross-generational Workforce Engagement. It recognised the organisation’s ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive, supportive and high-performing environment where employees of all ages feel inspired and empowered to grow.

Notably, this was IMI’s first-ever submission to the HR Excellence Awards. The entry stood out in a rigorous evaluation process that highlighted the company’s commitment to building a future-ready workplace where colleagues thrive.

The recognition follows the certification of IMI’s Singapore office as a Great Place to Work® in May 2025. The certification celebrates organisations that cultivate a culture of trust, pride and strong team spirit.

“At IMI, we believe that engineering a better world starts with the culture we create together. We have continuously invested in learning, collaboration and curiosity, guided by our values: Always Care, Be Curious and Create Impact. We are honoured to have our workplace culture recognised at such a prestigious ceremony and we extend our congratulations to all finalists and winners.” – Esther Er, Senior HR Manager SE-ASIA Pacific/Taiwan

Francesca Bevilacqua, Vice President of Human Resources for Process Automation at IMI, congratulated the team, adding: “All the hard work and commitment to creating a better workplace made this achievement possible. Our people and culture are the foundation of our One IMI ethos; this recognition reflects how we continue to create empowered teams globally.”
