Sunsource acquires VYTL Controls

SunSource Holdings, Inc., a leading technical solution-based industrial distributor, announced on February 3rd the successful completion of its Joining of Forces with the Vytl Controls Group., a technical solution based distributor of flow control products and best in class of maintenance, repair and operations (“MRO”) serving the Marine, Chemical, Downstream Energy and other diversified industry sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
