Circor appoints new VP of Operations at Warren facility

Circor International Inc has appointed Mike Daricilar as Vice President of Operations at its Warren, Massachusetts facility.
In his new role, Daricilar will oversee operations strategy and execution at the site, with an emphasis on improving delivery performance, strengthening operating fundamentals, and enhancing communication and engagement across teams. The appointment is part of Circor’s broader effort to drive sustained operational performance across its global manufacturing footprint.
Daricilar joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership within industrial organisations. His background includes plant leadership, lean transformation initiatives, supply chain optimisation, and continuous improvement programmes. He has also led multi-site manufacturing teams, delivering measurable gains in safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
Circor highlighted Daricilar’s hands-on leadership style and track record in operational turnarounds as key factors in his appointment. The company expects his expertise to support ongoing improvements at the Warren facility, particularly in advancing performance for mission-critical applications.
