MAIRE has secured new awards and additional work worth approximately €110 million through its Integrated E&C Solutions (IE&CS) business unit, covering projects across South America, Europe and Asia. The awards include early engineering and FEED activities for major gas monetisation and LNG developments.
In South America, Tecnimont has been awarded an early engineering contract for a large-scale gas monetisation project. The scope covers the engineering required to establish the project’s technical framework and prepare it for subsequent development phases. Subject to a final investment decision (FID), the project is expected to advance into the EPC phase, potentially extending Tecnimont’s involvement through the project’s full development lifecycle.
The planned plant will form part of the midstream infrastructure required to process natural gas prior to liquefaction and export as LNG to international markets. Further details on the project’s location, capacity, value and ownership have not yet been disclosed.
In Asia, Tecnimont has also been selected by a Tier-1 client to perform FEED for an LNG plant, further expanding its involvement in the LNG value chain.
MAIRE CEO Alessandro Bernini said the awards strengthen the company’s position in gas monetisation and LNG, while further expanding its presence in South America.
