The biggest valve producer in Norway has been acquired by the Israeli group Ham-Let, the company announced in a press statement.
Alongside this, Norvalves will become Ham-Let’s sales and service center in Scandinavia, serving the North European market for the Ham-Let groups existing customers.
The acquisition, which was completed on September 27th 2016, will not affect any of Norvalves approvals or certificates.
Norvalves will continue as an independent company, and declared that it will maintain its continued long term relationships with all of the customers, suppliers and partners.
