According to Financial Times, fluid management company Spirax-Sarco Engineering has announced the Board appointment of Peter France as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Peter will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
France has had a highly successful career spanning 28 years with Rotork plc. From 2008 to August 2017, he was Chief Executive at Rotork plc and led the business through a period of significant transformation and growth.
