According to a press statement published on company’s website, Petrofac has been awarded a contract by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for its Sulphur Recovery Unit Block Package for the Visakh Refinery Modernisation Project, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
This engineering, procurement and construction project, valued at approximately $200 million, includes licensing and commissioning. The SRU package will be constructed within the existing refinery under the terms of the 30-month contract.
