Wood has been awarded a services contract by Lucite

Wood has stated that it has been awarded a new five-year contract by Lucite International UK Ltd, to provide industrial services at the Cassel site in Billingham, Teesside, UK.
Onshore fabrication, steelwork, electrical and rigging support services will be provided under the contract, which is effectively immediately and includes a two-year extension option, the contract value has not been disclosed yet.
Cassel is the largest methyl methacrylate facility in Lucite International’s portfolio. It has been manufacturing chemicals at Billingham since 1930 with an annual capacity of 250 kilo-tonnes per year.
