Samson acquired Visual Processes Ltd.

Samson has acquired the Israeli start-up Visual Processes Ltd. and with the start of ACHEMA, for an undisclosed transaction value.
SAM (Samson Asset Management) will be based on the technology of the acquired company, and will be used for predictive maintenance on several thousand valves and other field devices in industrial plant operation and complements the SAM DIGITAL solutions portfolio.
Precognize, the second product coming out of this acquisition, provides SAMSON with the most advanced process monitoring tool to detect system abnormalities in advance, enabling the operator to take the right action to counteract system failures.
