Ohio Valve Company (OVC) recently announced the grand opening of its Valve World Headquarters, a 265,000-square-foot facility in Houston, designed to serve as the company’s global center for innovation, operational excellence, and industry leadership in valve manufacturing.
The facility will house an extensive range of carbon, stainless steel, and nickel alloy valves. Expanding inventory capacity will ensure faster delivery times, broader product selection, and exceptional service for customers worldwide.
“Our new facility is designed to be a global center for innovation and operational excellence that strengthens OVC’s leadership in the valve industry,” said Stephen Discianno, vice president of OVC. “Most importantly, it allows us to better serve our customers with greater availability, faster response, and trusted quality.”
Key features of the new headquarters include the following:
- 19,000 pallet rack locations, enabling greater inventory volumes to support a wide range of industrial applications.
- In-house valve automation, modification, and testing capabilities, providing enhanced quality assurance and faster turnarounds.
- Strategically located on campus with Dodson Valco, Texas Pipe & Supply, and the iValco.com warehouse, allowing customers to consolidate orders and achieve faster fill rates.
- One campus, one stop. Reduce customer purchasing costs by eliminating added stop-off fees (up to $100 per stop) with a centralized pickup location for valves, fittings, flanges and pipe, in carbon and stainless steel.
- A modern facility built to support OVC’s long-term vision for growth and customer service excellence.
The grand opening celebration is scheduled for Nov. 6, 2025.
