Coralink, Auma’s digital ecosystem, is the winner of this year’s Primus Award in the actuators category.
The Primus Award is given by German valve industry magazine ‘Industriearmaturen+Dichtungstechnik’ in cooperation with the DIAM & DDM German valve industry exhibition. Its three prizes honour the most innovative products in actuators, valves, and seals, respectively.
“It is a great honour for us that Coralink has won this prestigious award,” said Kevin Nietupski, Auma’s Group Leader Service Product Management, during the award ceremony at DIAM & DDM in Düsseldorf, Germany.
“Today’s world is characterised by many factors that bring new requirements to the industry,” Mr Nietupski continued. “ Coralink helps plant operators to meet the growing challenges. Our innovative digital tools support the plant operators across the entire lifecycle of their Auma actuators, from commissioning and predictive maintenance to active lifecycle management. The fact that Coralink has won the Primus Award shows that we are heading in the right direction.”
Coralink saves time and cost thanks to efficient processes and comprehensive asset management functions. Intelligent diagnostics based on the actuators’ operational data help to avoid downtime and maximise plant availability. Detailed action plans with recommendations for each actuator allow plant operators to identify maintenance requirements at an early stage and take corrective measures in good time.
