Bilfinger Wins Multi-Service Framework Agreement With Specialty Chemicals Producer Delamine in the Netherlands

International industrial services provider Bilfinger has entered into a multi-service framework agreement with Delamine B.V. at the company’s specialty chemicals production site in Delfzijl. The contract consolidates engineering, installation, asset performance as well as access and insulation services under a single agreement, reducing coordination complexity and enabling efficient execution across multiple disciplines.
The inclusion of engineering services marks a new step in Bilfinger’s long-standing collaboration with Delamine. This expansion enables Bilfinger to support the customer across the full asset lifecycle, from early-stage design through to ongoing maintenance and specialized access solutions.
“We are pleased to deepen our partnership with Delamine by bringing together expertise from all of our business units under one contract,” says Sandy Bonner, Segment President Western Europe at Bilfinger. “This integrated approach allows us to enhance efficiency while delivering consistent quality across all disciplines. It also underlines our ambition to be No. 1 for our customers in enhancing efficiency and sustainability.”
The collaboration also includes joint productivity improvement targets and measures such as the deployment of electric lifting and transport equipment, contributing to both operational efficiency and reduced environmental impact at the site.
Delamine is a world-class EDC-based manufacturer of Ethylene Amines. These versatile compounds are found in everyday products, from teabags and personal care items to automotive coatings and construction materials. The company exports to more than 50 countries worldwide.
