Bray Controls (UK), a subsidiary of Bray International, a global leader in flow control and automation solutions, announced the launch of its new Valve Automation Centre (VAC) and ISO Class 6 Clean Room at its facility in Glasgow, Scotland – Bray’s European hub for both of these two new integrated services.
The VAC is a state-of-the-art workshop that provides customized turnkey valve automation solutions for a wide range of industries and applications, including oil and gas, chemical, power, water, and pharmaceutical. The VAC offers custom engineering, assembly, testing, and documentation of valve, actuator, and control packages, as well as installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services. The Centre is staffed by a team of experienced and qualified automation experts who work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver reliable, efficient, and safe solutions.
The ISO Class 6 Clean Room is a dedicated environment within this European facility that meets the highest standards of cleanliness and contamination control for the assembly and testing of valves for critical applications. Services include Oxygen Ready, Process Clean, Silicone-Free, LABS-Free, EC1935 and Cleaned & Degreased. The clean room is equipped with advanced tools and equipment and inspected with high-tech lighting to meet the stringent requirements of numerous Industries to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance of the products. Industries supported include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, and semiconductor.
