KITZ announces forming partnership in the hydrogen and clean energy market

KITZ Corporation has signed a basic agreement for a business alliance with AID Co. on February 1, 2025, to further promote the establishment of a hydrogen supply chain to achieve a carbon neutral society.

Hydrogen is a key energy source for achieving carbon neutrality and is expected to be widely used in various fields such as the mobility and power generation sectors. In Japan, “Bill for the Act on Promotion of Supply and Utilization of Low-Carbon Hydrogen and its Derivatives for Smooth Transition to a Decarbonized, Growth-Oriented Economic Structure” was enacted in October, 2024. KITZ provides valves and hydrogen package units based on its long-standing fluid control and cryogenic temperature technologies to support the hydrogen society. AID is an engineering company specializing in gas control, focusing on the design, production, on-site construction, and commissioning of various control panels.

«Through this collaboration with AID, we aim to contribute to the further development of businesses leveraging the strengths of both companies to promote the hydrogen society», said a company statement.
