Starting from September 7, 2022, Mr. Nick Adcock has been appointed to the board of directors of Vexve Armatury Group. Mr. Adcock has served as Divisional Managing Director of Trillium Valves & Services (formerly Weir Flow Control) and President of IMI CCI and Bopp & Reuther. He currently works as an independent advisor to the flow control industry. Concurrently with the appointment, Lauri Stadigh will step down from the Company board after having served more than six years as a director.

Following the appointment, the board of the Company consists of Kari Lehtinen (Chairperson), Otto Kukkonen (Vice Chairperson), Tomio Pihkala, Kalle Reponen, Markku Simula and Nick Adcock.
