KITZ Corporation announced the decision to consolidate its manufacturing and sales sites for the Valve Manufacturing Business in Korea. Through this consolidation, KITZ aims to enhance sales capabilities for Korean customers as well as strengthen the stable supply system of global products by transferring part of KITZ product manufacturing to Korea.
On September 20, 2023 Cephas Pipelines Co. will absorb and merge with KITZ Corporation of Korea. The new company resulting from this merger will be named KITZ Corporation of Korea and will manufacture Cephas brand products as well as some KITZ products.
