Maersk Oil awarded to Semco Maritime a huge contract

Maersk headquarters, in Denmark Semco Maritime does not wish to state the value of the contract, which has a major strategic importance for Semco Maritime’s Oil & Gas business and which is the largest in the company’s history.

Maersk Oil and Gas and Semco Maritime signed a contract for manpower to the operations in the North Sea. The contract, which has a duration of 5 years, will include both manufacturing workforce and back-office employees, making the Danish EPCI company increase its number of offshore employees in the coming years.
Semco Maritime did not disclose the value of the contract, which has a major strategic importance for Semco Maritime’s Oil & Gas business, but stated that it is the largest in the company’s history.
