KITZ became the largest shareholder of TOA Valve Engineering Inc.

KITZ Corporation has announced the acquisition of TOA Valve Engineering Inc’s shares,a Japanese manufacturer of high-pressure and high-temperature valves for power generation, purchasing the 11,28% of its total shares from Mitsubishi Corporation, and so becoming the largest shareholder.
A business alliance has also been announced: it is focused on sharing the sources of procurement, technical information, production facilities, sales network and after-sale services between the companies.
