The Wm. Powell Company (Powell Valves) recently completed the third and final phase of the new manufacturing facility in China.
Phase one consisted of constructing a new 37000 square meters manufacturing facility, while phase two was machinery and test equipment upgrades, and the third and final phase was construction of a 560 square meter cryogenic cleaning facility. Powell now has cryogenic cleaning capabilities in Orangeburg, South Carolina and Yancheng City, China.
“Duplicating what we have done for many years in Orangeburg South Carolina into our Yancheng City facility enables us to support our industrial gas and LNG customers on a global scale” said Tim Fries, vice president sales & marketing North American & International.
