The Wm. Powell Company has announced that Frank Parker, Senior Vice President-Manning Manufacturing and Jim Hengehold, Senior Vice President-Powell Engineering, will be retiring at the end of the year. Frank Parker began his career with Powell in 1960. Jim Hengehold started his Powell career in 1980 as a project engineer, and succede to Bob Koester as Chief Engineer after a period as his assistant
