The Sentronic HD
Numatics (an Emerson company) expands its range of high precision poppet-valves with the new 616-SentronicHD, the most precise valve of the series. This higher precision solution offers improved installation, maintenance and diagnostic options.
The SentronicHD is now coming with a built-in TCP server for easier startup and control via a connected PC, using a similar data acquisition software (DaS) that comes with the other products of the line, provided with new functions like saving of all the operative parameters, which are accessible at any time.
The new product comes with an improved diagnostic system, so command signal, feedback signal and control parameters can be viewed in real time and adjusted as required for an application. SentronicHD can be configured for dual loop control of process variables such as flow, force, speed, RPM and temperature.
Apart from software, the higher precision over pressure and flow makes the 616-SentronicsHD a solution designed for any application requiring high accuracy pressure regulation, such as in the automotive, process and medical industries.
