Matco-Norca has recently announced its new UL/FM flanged ductile Iron gate valve. This OS&Y valve is stocked from 2-1/2” – 12” and comes with 4 bosses with one tapped and plugged. The body part is made of ductile iron A536, 65-45-12 and the stem is made of stainless steel AISI 420. This new valve has resilient wedge and has gate valve-flanged ends. Other features include: 300 PSI / max temp 230°F, AWWA C515 & UL/FM approved, flanged ends conforms with ASME B16.1 Class 125, fusion bonded epoxy coating complies with ANSI / AWWA C550, outside stem & yoke rising stem, 4 bosses w/1 tapped and plugged and comes in sizes 2-1/2″ – 12″.
