A&B Valve and Piping Systems, LLC, today announced its acquisition of Wells Supply, LLC, a Beaumont, Texas-based pipe, valve and fittings (PVF) supply company. The integration of Wells Supply’s assets and expertise will advance the mission of A&B Valve and Piping Systems to provide the best product availability, competitive pricing and customer service to the energy industry.
The integration will take effect immediately, and A&B Valve and Piping Systems is working with all customers to ensure a seamless transition. The acquisition follows the February purchase of A&B Valve and Piping Systems by industry veterans Don Poarch and Joe Swinbank, co-founders of the Sprint Cos.
