Aliaxis, a world leader in fluid management solutions, has appointed Partha Basu as Executive Vice President Aliaxis India and Managing Director of Ashirvad, Aliaxis’ main Indian brand. Partha joins the Aliaxis’ Executive Committee and will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, Thierry Vanlancker.
Since joining Aliaxis in 2023, Partha has held important positions in finance and strategy for the Group. He has already played a key role for our local operations in India, most recently by assuring the region’s return to successful financial trajectory, after a challenging 2023.

Partha Basu is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience driving business transformation, strategic financial management, and operational efficiency. Before joining Aliaxis, Partha held leadership roles at prominent multinational companies such as AkzoNobel, Coca-Cola, Whirlpool, KPMG and Tata Group, where he was responsible for leading major finance and business operations functions across geographies.
Partha is also a certified professional coach and a published author on people leadership.
He has received several awards including the Icon of CMA Award, and the Best CFO Awards.
