Armatury Group, ZMK Technologies and Vexve join their forces under the Vexve brand

Vexve Armatury Group is the leading European provider of mission-critical valve solutions for the energy sector and selected energy-intensive industries. Starting 1st of February 2024 Vexve Armatury Group and the three companies operating under it, Vexve, Armatury Group and ZMK Technologies, will be known as “Vexve”.

The new brand brings together more than 80 years of experience in valve design and manufacturing. Standing even more united, Vexve is proud to announce that its high-quality products will in future be known as “Vexve”, “Vexve Armatury” and “Vexve ZMK”. The company has five fully owned production facilities in Finland, Czechia, Germany, and China, with circa 100,000 m2 of manufacturing area and an invested asset base of over EUR 100m.

“The new branding strongly supports Vexve’s vision to be the leading provider of mission-critical valve solutions in the transition to a low-carbon future. Together we are extremely well-positioned for the green energy transition”, says Paul Gustavsson, CEO of Vexve.

Already 75 % of the company’s revenue is coming from businesses and products, which are enabling a low-carbon future. This includes district energy, hydrogen, hydropower and nuclear, as well as highly customized valves for energy-intensive industries to help customers reduce their emissions. For 2024 Vexve has set an ambitious goal to become carbon neutral in its own operations by the end of the year.

As a company, Vexve will continue to operate according to its values: working together, being bold and taking responsibility. Vexve can be trusted for its high-quality products, the expertise of its personnel, and reliability as a partner.

After the brand renewal, the three companies under the Vexve brand, Vexve Oy, Armatury Group a.s. and ZMK Technologies GmbH, will continue to operate under their existing legal entity names and VAT numbers. The changes do not affect the existing agreements and contracts, and all product and quality certificates will remain valid.
