Circor announces updates to the CircorSmart App for remote data access to valve information

Circor International, a leading manufacturer and marketer of differentiated technology products and sub-systems, announces important new updates to CircorSmart, the industry-leading free mobile app that gives Circor channel partners 24×7 access to critical technical information on more than 820,000 products from any web-connected device. Starting with the brands Schroedahl and RTK, the new updates enable channel partners to immediately issue a quotation or an order for critical spare parts with a simple touch of a button, streamlining the parts quotation process and making the entire turnaround time much faster. Responding to customer feedback, Circor also added spare parts functionality for desktop use on the newly developed intuitive CircorSmart web page version.

Channel partners can now use the unique new parts feature on the updated app or new desktop web-browser to order spare parts for all major product lines going back up to 25 years. Users generating spare parts orders can use the information to follow the spare parts history, making transaction information easier and more transparent and helping with predictive maintenance based on maintenance history.

In addition to the spare part functionality, CircorSmart uses QR codes and NFC technology to provide channel partners with around the clock access to essential and specific product data, including datasheets, manuals, maintenance videos, support and much more. Circor is conducting weekly training workshops to introduce users to the app and to demonstrate the features.

CircorSmart is available for download from both the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android.
