Circor appointed Ted Sanders as associate general counsel

Circor announced that Ted Sanders has joined Circor as Associate General Counsel. Based in Burlington, MA, Ted’s primary responsibility is the company’s governance and reporting compliance, ethics & compliance program management and corporate finance responsibilities.
Ted brings over two decades of experience in law and engineering. Most recently, Ted served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Advanced Emissions Solutions where he led SEC, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters, negotiated acquisition documents and financing agreements for the acquisition of ADA Carbon Solutions, and served on the board of a clean coal technology joint venture.
Ted received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, his JD from the University of San Diego School of Law and will complete his Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in February.
