MCE Group, the leading valve repair and shutdown service provider in the UK, has launcheda new brand and expanded their head office in Stockton-on-Tees.
Established in 1990, MCE Group has been improving UK plant reliability through valve supply, refurbishment, diagnostic, and asset management services. With the business continuing to grow, they have opened a new 19,000ft² workshop in Stockton-on-Tees to allow for larger and more comprehensive valve maintenance projects. Building on this change, they have taken the opportunity to refresh the MCE Group brand with a more modern look.
The new headquarters facility includes:
• Dedicated assembly areas and testing areas, ball and disc lapping, instrument calibration, shot blasting and painting, machining and welding
• Diagnostic services – V-cal in-line periodic relief valve testing
• ValvPerformance Testing (Steam Leakage)
• 10T overhead crane
• Instrument calibration, complete valve overhaul, and re-certification capabilities
• Bespoke in-house designed Valve Management Database
• Stock of ValvTechnologies’ range of metal seated, zero leakage, severe service isolation valves
• Control valves (longest approved Fisher service centre in the UK).
The new brand is designed to highlight MCE Group’s client-based services and dependablemaintenance programs, reflecting a more vibrant color palette.
