SchuF eliminates static in glass lined vessels

Recently German manufacturer SchuF Valve Technology has been contacted by a number of Pharma/Chemical companies in order to eliminate static build up in there glass lined vessels.
The majority of these companies have tried antic static rings, but these have proved ineffective and problematic.
The SchuF solution to this problem is to use a Tantalum lined or Hastelloy disc. Therefore having a metal disc which is attached to stainless steel spindle and anti-static strap connected the valve yoke will completely dissipate any static build up in the vessel.
Just to note the stainless steel spindle is enclosed in the PTFE bellows to insure it not exposed to the medium.
If you hare having such issues SchuF can supply new valves with this technology or alternatively retrofit existing valves in service.
